What will be your responsibilities?

  • You will ensure the verification of bank statements and control of loan accounting.
  • You will organize the preparation and approval of payment orders to suppliers of goods/services.
  • You will prepare documents for VAT and excise tax recovery from foreign countries and register them in accounting.
  • You will manage the debt process and initiate actions to reduce them.
  • You will administer customer credit limits and ensure their compliance.
  • You will participate in monthly and annual closing processes and audits (you will prepare and provide the necessary information to auditors).
  • You will contribute to the improvement and efficiency of accounting processes.
  • You will cooperate with other departments in solving daily operational issues.

What is needed for successful work?

  • Education in accounting, finance or economics.
  • 2 years of work experience in accounting (advantage).
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience with accounting systems (Būtenta, Andsoft, Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage).
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax basics and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Good knowledge of English (advantage).
  • High level of responsibility, diligence, communication and independence.
  • Want to learn and improve.

Salary

1500-1700 €/mon. gross
