Main responsibilities:

Organization of the company's accounting, ensuring the preparation of financial statements and monitoring the quality of accounting processes;
Formation of accounting and tax policy;
Improvement and improvement of accounting processes, used programs and digitalization solutions;
Preparation and monitoring of consolidated financial statements of the group of companies;
Organization, coordination and process management of external audit;
Formation of the accounting department structure, team management, training and improvement of activities in accordance with the company's financial strategy;

Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax legislation, application of international accounting standards is MANDATORY;
Experience in preparing financial statements and working with audits;
Work experience in a construction or real estate development company is MANDATORY;
Ability to lead a team, make decisions and work independently;
Good working skills with BC365 and MS Excel;
Knowledge of English (an advantage).
