ARKET - Sales consultant - 10-20h

As a Sales Consultant, you will be a friendly face welcoming our customers and embodying the essence of the brand.
You will have the opportunity to provide customers with a high level of service at every stage. From the initial conversation to assisting at the checkout, in the fitting rooms and throughout the store, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing product deliveries, restocking and displaying the latest garments in the store.
Your role is essential in creating a welcoming experience that reflects the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will accompany customers on their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to inspire and uplift. Together with the team, you will create moments that last.
Previous customer service experience and fabric knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.

●Lithuanian language skills (at least A2 level required)

Preferred but not required:

●Understanding of store operations and customer service skills acquired in a previous retail role in experience
●Confidence in offering advice to customers about fashion trends, materials, sizes, etc.
