Job description
- Coordinate and execute selection projects throughout the organization:
2. Prepare and publish job advertisements in various recruitment channels;
3. Administer candidate applications and manage the candidate database;
4. Organize and conduct individual and group job interviews;
5. Apply personality and cognitive ability assessment methods, analyze and interpret their results;
6. Assess candidate competencies, check recommendations;
7. Select the most suitable candidates according to business needs and position requirements.
- Ensure that candidate information is accurate, relevant and timely available to line managers and other persons involved in the selection process.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of best selection practices, share knowledge and suggestions in order to ensure consistent and effective recruitment processes.
- Cooperate with managers and other stakeholders, providing consultations on selection and recruitment issues.
- Deputize for colleagues during their vacation, sick leave or other periods of absence from work.
- Ensure high-quality, timely and responsible performance of assigned functions.
Requirements
- Higher university or college education.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
- Good knowledge of the labor market, employee search channels and selection methods.
- Ability to prepare and conduct competency-based job interviews and prepare assessment questions according to the position competency model.
- Excellent time planning, prioritization and work organization skills.
- Ability to independently plan and manage several selection projects simultaneously.
- Very good communication skills.
- Diligence, attention to detail and orientation to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cooperate with managers at various levels and other interested parties.
- Initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
