🔥 What will you do in this job?
The main focus is active project sales.
Where You:

- You will build relationships with real estate developers and project development companies.
- You will look for new partners and new projects.
- I participated in meetings with architects, designers and other project participants.
- I represented IGLU SMART in the design and coordination stages.
- You will manage project sales from the first contact to the implementation of the solution.
- You will help customers understand the value of smart home solutions.

- You enjoy active B2B sales.
- You enjoy opening the market rather than serving it.
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- You are not afraid of a longer sales cycle.
- You are able to explain complex things simply.
- You have a technical curiosity.
✨A big plus if:
- You have worked in the field of Smart Home, electrical engineering, automation or technology.
- You have experience with real estate developers.
- You have sold consulting-type solutions.
- You have a design mindset.
🎯 What do we expect from you?
- At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in project sales.
- Ability to independently generate a new pipeline.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical understanding.
