What tasks are planned:
- Participation in the tender stage: analysis of technical documentation, preparation of proposals, coordination of solutions.
- Coordination of BIM models: combining information from architectural, structural and engineering parts into a unified model.
- Ensuring data quality in the BIM environment: you will check whether there are any inconsistencies, missing elements, errors or repetitions in the models.
- Working with BIM tools and platforms: checking models, preparing information for the project team and suppliers.
- Preparation and maintenance of calendar schedules in the MS Project environment, in coordination with the project stages.
- Preparation / moderation of technological projects and construction site plans (Autocad).
- Launching tenders and coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers and suppliers from idea to implementation.
- Tracking the progress of BIM technologies and implementing new technologies to help improve project efficiency.
Requirements for the employee
- At least 2 years of experience working as a BIM coordinator.
- Higher engineering education or studies related to this field.
- Excellent management of MS Project and Autocad programs.
- Logical thinking, interest in construction processes and technological solutions.
- Ability to work independently, make responsible decisions, and work in a team.
