We are looking for a responsible, warm and proactive team member who will become an important part of the HR team, take care of the smooth running of the office and contribute to creating a positive employee experience - both in the administration and in cooperation with the production team.

What will you do with us?
- Administer incoming and outgoing correspondence and information flows;
- Prepare documents (letters, orders, etc.) and work with the internal document management system;
- Ensure smooth office operations, take care of order, comfort and supply of work tools;
- Meet guests and ensure their pleasant experience in the company;
- Administer employee data, work with the personnel management system;
- Participate in HR processes: information dissemination, internal projects;
- Organize business trips;
- Cooperate with staffing partners, coordinate workforce planning;
- Contribute to the creation of a family-like, open and respectful work culture.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher or higher education (in administration, management or a similar field - an advantage);
- Has knowledge of English (+ Russian - an advantage);
- Is proactive, energetic and not afraid of responsibility;
- Is not afraid to go to production, talk to people and solve issues on the spot;
- Has administrative work experience (HR area - an advantage);
- Is able to independently organize their work and see priorities;
- Is communicative, open and naturally builds relationships;
- Has a strong inner backbone - knows how to be both warm and firm;
- Appreciates order, structure, but at the same time feels good in a dynamic environment.
