We are expanding our activities and are looking for a Sales Project Manager to work with Bott manufacturer solutions for businesses using light commercial vehicles, having workshops or specialized workplaces.

We are expanding our activities and are looking for a Sales Project Manager to work with Bott manufacturer solutions for businesses using light commercial vehicles, having workshops or specialized workplaces.

Your responsibilities:
- Actively search for new customers and markets (in Lithuania and Latvia);
- Manage the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Configure technical solutions using 3D CAD/CAM design tools according to customer needs;
- Analyze the market, competitive environment and provide insights to the manager;
- Collaborate with technical departments to create value for the customer.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education (in business, engineering or similar field);
- Experience in B2B sales (an advantage – in B2G sales);
- Ability to use 3D CAD design or configuration tools;
- Experience in developing sales in foreign markets – an advantage;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Independence, initiative and result-oriented;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Driving license (category B).
