We hope you:
- Coordinate home appliance repair processes – monitor the progress of repairs, supervise complex and long-term repairs, allocate work to craftsmen and subcontractors.
- Manage RMA processes – coordinate and monitor their progress, identify and correct errors, ensure timely and accurate entry of repair data into manufacturers’ systems.
- Communicate with manufacturers and resolve problem situations – ensure smooth communication, resolve repair-related issues, and monitor the implementation of KPIs set by manufacturers.
- Coordinate parts processes – select and order parts needed for repairs, provide their prices, monitor supply, warehouse balances, and organize returns of parts and defective devices.
- Administer financial issues related to repair processes – administer compensations, calculate craftsmen’s earnings, prepare and issue invoices, and prepare and review financial reports.
- Collaborate with technicians, partners and other departments of the company – help resolve issues related to systems and repair progress, consult partners and customer service team on technical issues of household appliances.
- Oversee and improve internal processes – ensure timely dissemination of manufacturer information within the organization, prepare and update process documentation and instructions.
- Coordinate administrative processes – manage customs clearance documents, prepare reports related to the activities of the manufacturer department and ensure data accuracy.
