What experience awaits you?
We are looking for motivated profiles (from Junior to Senior) to join the Contract Management Team within our Electrification's Rail Baltica project. Electrification will power 870 km of railway and more than 2,400 km of tracks across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
We are looking for motivated contractual professionals to handle contract analysis, risk mitigation, and commercial negotiations from the bidding phase through to final execution.

Requirements (Non-negotiable)
Please note that meeting the core criteria below is mandatory to enter the selection process.
Professional proficiency in local languages: Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, or Russian is highly valued.
- University Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- C1 English level.
- Proven experience in contract management, risk analysis, and public procurement within engineering, energy, or construction projects (execution phase).
- Experience working with public procurement and contract analysis and evaluation.
- Ability to ensure control of contracts and supervision of their implementation.
- Working knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and standard Baltic public procurement regulations.
- Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Based in Riga, but with availability and willingness to work from or support our regional offices in Vilnius or Tallinn as required.
Professional proficiency in local languages: Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, or Russian is highly valued.

Key responsibilities
- Analysis and management of contracts during the bidding and execution phases.
- Risk analysis.
- Leading negotiations and aligning the contract's terms and conditions with acceptable risks for our Company.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and project conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the drafting and negotiation of all types of contractual agreements within the project framework, including NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements), MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), HoT (Heads of Terms), subcontracts, etc.
- Directly manage contractual matters with the technical teams, production teams, and clients.
- Ensure the correct interpretation of complex contracts, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and apply contractual terms.
- Maintain updated documentation and manage contractual relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Regular Activities: Contract monitoring, meetings with stakeholders, preparation of reports, letters, claims, risk analysis, and audit support.
- Relationship with other Departments: Work closely with the regional offices (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) where projects are being executed, as well as other areas such as Legal Counsel, Administration, Purchasing, etc.

- Competitive salary based on merit and experience. Monthly salary range: from 2,500 EUR/gross up to 5,500 EUR/gross (may vary depending on the years of expertise).
