GET READY TO:
- Oversee team - assign tasks and priorities to the team members, organise day-to-day work.
- Ensure the quality of service, quality of tasks performed and the provision of timely feedback from within the company.
- Perform team quality assurance activities (calls listening, email answers quality check) and provide feedback to the colleagues and head of the unit.
- Ensure excellent customer service to customers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse essential Customer care indicators.
- Solve problematic situations, take responsibility for collecting the necessary information, involve other stakeholders and properly communicate with customers if necessary.
- Be actively involved in designing and implementing Customer Care processes and operations.
- Ensure appropriate development of team members.
- Work closely with other Team Leads and with the head of the unit.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- At least 1 year experience in customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- High level of self-motivation and personal responsibility.
- Result-oriented, initiative person.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
