Head of the LTL (Less than 1000 kg) department

✅ You have at least 5 years of experience in logistics in the field of LTL;
✅ You have worked with team management and process coordination;
✅ You have experience in the areas of transport service sales, customer development or pricing;
✅ You are responsible and result-oriented;
✅ You have strong negotiation and communication skills;
✅ You speak English and Russian (other languages are a big advantage)
✅ You are able to plan, organize and ensure the smooth operation of processes;
✅ You have a higher education (in transport management, logistics, business or a related field is an advantage);
✅ You strive not only to perform tasks, but also to create long-term value for the business.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This position offers a salary of 2000–2500 €/month (cash on delivery) + bonuses for achieved results.
