Occupational safety specialist

Preparation of instructions on occupational safety and health and fire safety, implementation of briefings and registration in briefing journals;
Organization and implementation of employee training according to internal company programs;
Analysis of the circumstances and causes of accidents and incidents occurring at work, provision of preventive measures to avoid them;
Organize, carry out and coordinate occupational risk assessment in the company, organize research on risk factors and develop preventive measures;
Cooperation with state institutions, participation in inspections, familiarization with inspection materials, preparation of a plan of measures to eliminate deficiencies;
Compile and control lists of employees who are subject to mandatory health checks, health check schedules, organize health checks;
Ensure the provision of employees with collective and/or personal protective equipment and first aid;
Ensure the implementation of preventive measures for the safety and health of employees;
To control the implementation of occupational safety and health requirements at construction sites by visiting sites in Lithuania and Sweden;
To advise employees on all issues related to occupational safety, health, civil and fire safety.

Have a university or higher education;

Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety and health (work experience in manufacturing companies and the construction sector would be a great advantage);
Have valid occupational safety and health and fire and civil protection specialist qualification certificates;
Are familiar with legal acts regulating occupational safety and health, fire safety, general principles of risk assessment and ensuring occupational safety;
Have excellent skills in working with basic MS Office programs;
Have a category B driver's license;
Are fluent in English and Russian, Swedish is a great advantage;
Characterized by such personal qualities as achievement orientation, sociability, responsibility, diligence, ability to convey knowledge, and quick reaction to emerging problems.

From 1500 €/mon. net
The specific salary will be agreed with the candidate based on his experience and competence.
