- Experience in the construction field;
- Ability to independently organize work;
- Responsibility and communication skills;
- Category B driver's license;
- An advantage - construction education or work manager qualification.
Job functions and responsibilities:
- Organization and supervision of construction works at sites;
- Coordination of workers and subcontractors;
- Control of material supply and work deadlines;
- Communication with customers;
- Quality assurance and delivery of works;
- Supervision of site documentation.
Mainly Kaunas and Kaunas district, but sites are located throughout Lithuania.
