Nature of work
Facility Management: You will be responsible for the smooth organization of construction processes from A to Z (from preparation to handover of the facility).
Team Leadership: You will lead subcontractors and your own teams so that everyone knows their task.
Quality and deadlines: You will constantly monitor the construction progress, ensuring strict adherence to work schedules and construction quality control.
Document Management: You will manage construction logs, acceptance and handover acts, and other mandatory technical documentation.
Safety: You will ensure that all employee safety and health requirements are met at the construction site (because safe construction is successful construction).
