Nature of work
- Ensuring the Taškias education model in the unit;
- Receiving clients and communicating with parents of children by solving everyday issues, inviting them to cooperate and strengthening the community;
- Personnel management: organizing job interviews, selecting department employees, organizing work and motivating employees;
- Document administration and representing the Taškias unit during inspections by the Public Health Center, veterinary, fire safety and other authorities;
- Order management by periodically providing the unit with educational, household, etc. means;
- Responsibility for the results of the unit's activities.
