- UAB „EX FACTORY JEWELRY“
Introduction
Do you like exclusive jewelry and sales where the strongest argument is knowledge? Do you have experience when a client returns to you not only to buy, but also to consult? - we are looking for you.
In the “MARRY ME by Ribas” salons, we help clients choose jewelry with natural, certified diamonds every day - purchases that are memorable both for the experience and for the jewelry itself. Therefore, we are not just looking for a salesperson, but someone who knows how to listen, provides detailed information and builds a relationship that will make the client return more than once.
We invite you to join our team and become an expert in diamond sales - working with jewelry that is passed down from generation to generation.

We invite you to join our team and become an expert in diamond sales - working with jewelry that is passed down from generation to generation.
Nature of work
- You will consult with clients who are choosing jewelry for the most special occasions — you will help them reconcile what at first glance is incompatible: beauty, quality, price and everyday practicality;
- You will follow jewelry trends and adapt your knowledge to the client's needs so that the offer is relevant;
- You will serve according to the highest standards so that each visit is remembered as the best experience;
- You will build long-term relationships — so that the client returns to you: from engagement to wedding rings and subsequent occasions;
- You will achieve personal and common salon sales goals without losing focus on the client;
- You will share knowledge and experience and improve your sales and service skills every day, creating a team culture based on trust.
We hope you
- You want to become a diamond sales expert and are ready to deepen your knowledge so that product knowledge becomes your strongest argument when presenting our jewelry products;
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience working with returning customers, not one-off sales. Sales experience in the luxury or premium segment is an advantage;
- You are able to listen to the customer's needs and exceed their expectations;
- You know the sales stages, you calmly talk about the price of several thousand euros and you know how to close the sale: ask the customer for a decision and agree on an order;
- You have worked with customers after the purchase — on exchange, warranty or claim issues — and you know how to find a solution that preserves the relationship;
- You work in a disciplined and independent manner: you plan your own results, adhere to agreements and take responsibility;
- You are focused on the best results, continuous growth and ambitious goals;
- You know how to work in a team: you share what works and rejoice not only in your own success, but also in the success of your colleagues;
- You speak Lithuanian perfectly, communicate fluently in English, Russian and (or) other languages.
In return we will give you
- continuous training — about diamonds, products and sales, so that knowledge becomes your strongest argument;
- The opportunity to become a true expert in the field — a competence that will remain with you for life;
- A collaborative team where everyone's contribution is noticed and recognized;
- Work in aesthetic, luxurious salons in the best locations in Vilnius;
- Employee discount system for our products;
- Competitive salary and bonuses depending on personal and team results.
Salary
The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies — the proposed base remuneration range is from 1650 to 2250 EUR gross (approximately 1100–1400 EUR in hand). In addition, monthly bonuses are paid for personal and team results. The size of the bonus is not limited — it directly depends on the result, in good months it can significantly — up to double — increase the monthly remuneration.
