Nature of work
- You will consult with clients who are choosing jewelry for the most special occasions — you will help them reconcile what at first glance is incompatible: beauty, quality, price and everyday practicality;
- You will follow jewelry trends and adapt your knowledge to the client's needs so that the offer is relevant;
- You will serve according to the highest standards so that each visit is remembered as the best experience;
- You will build long-term relationships — so that the client returns to you: from engagement to wedding rings and subsequent occasions;
- You will achieve personal and common salon sales goals without losing focus on the client;
- You will share knowledge and experience and improve your sales and service skills every day, creating a team culture based on trust.
We hope you
- You want to become a diamond sales expert and are ready to deepen your knowledge so that product knowledge becomes your strongest argument when presenting our jewelry products;
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience working with returning customers, not one-off sales. Sales experience in the luxury or premium segment is an advantage;
- You are able to listen to the customer's needs and exceed their expectations;
- You know the sales stages, you calmly talk about the price of several thousand euros and you know how to close the sale: ask the customer for a decision and agree on an order;
- You have worked with customers after the purchase — on exchange, warranty or claim issues — and you know how to find a solution that preserves the relationship;
- You work in a disciplined and independent manner: you plan your own results, adhere to agreements and take responsibility;
- You are focused on the best results, continuous growth and ambitious goals;
- You know how to work in a team: you share what works and rejoice not only in your own success, but also in the success of your colleagues;
- You speak Lithuanian perfectly, communicate fluently in English, Russian and (or) other languages.

Salary
The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies — the proposed base salary range is from 1600 to 2150 EUR (before taxes). Additionally, we pay monthly bonuses that directly depend on personal and joint team results. We have a clear perspective of salary growth.
