Nature of work
Communication with CDL-A drivers in the US market
Contacting new and existing candidates by phone, SMS and messages
Assessing drivers' needs and selecting the most suitable job offer
Providing candidate information to transport companies
Communicating with clients and coordinating the candidate selection process
Working with candidate database and incoming leads

Employee requirements
Previous experience in recruiting truck drivers for the US market is required
Good English skills
Ability to plan work independently and achieve results
Good communication and sales skills
Responsible approach to candidate and customer service

Fixed salary and a clear bonus system for hired drivers
