You will be responsible for:
- Organizing the activities of the Energy Department, training employees and coordinating the work of contractors;
- Ensuring the operation, maintenance, repair work and uninterrupted supply of energy resources of energy systems and equipment;
- Planning, organizing and controlling the implementation of preventive and emergency works, solving technical problems and managing the need for spare parts;
- Ensuring compliance with OSH, electrical safety, fire safety, civil protection and environmental protection requirements;
- Accounting for energy resources, data analysis, preparation of efficiency improvement initiatives and submission of proposals for process improvement;
- Organizing the preparation, management and updating of technical documentation;
- Participation in project activities and investment planning.
We hope that by joining us:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in technical management;
- Have worked in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
- Are familiar with the requirements for the operation, safety and maintenance of electrical equipment;
- Are able to organize teamwork, make quick decisions and manage technical processes;
- Have experience working with maintenance systems (CMMS/MAXIMO);
- Are focused on results, safety and continuous improvement;
- Have an energy worker AK certificate, radiation, fire safety and first aid certificates.
