We are looking for an analytically-minded specialist to join our team and help make data-driven business decisions.
Main responsibilities:
- Periodically prepare and analyze management reports, participate in monthly closing processes.
- Together with departments, form budget forecasts and control their implementation.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, provide insights and recommendations for improving performance.
- Initiate business analyses and provide recommendations to increase operational efficiency.
- Search for opportunities to automate and optimize reporting processes.
Requirements for the candidate(s):
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Higher education in business, finance, economics or a related field.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or others) - an advantage.
- Experience in using AI for data analysis - an advantage.
- Experience in logistics - an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
