Your responsibilities:
- You will form and implement the company's financial strategy and financial sustainability direction, ensuring that finances support business goals.
- You will lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, ensure variance analysis and clear recommendations to the management team.
- You will develop a system of financial indicators (KPI) so that decisions are made quickly and accurately.
- You will ensure cash flow management, working capital optimization and liquidity control.
- You will manage relationships with external partners (banks, auditors, etc.) and ensure proper management of financial liabilities.
- You will ensure timely and high-quality financial reporting, control mechanisms and compliance with requirements.
- You will supervise the progress of audits, the quality of financial processes, manage financial and tax risks.
- You will lead the finance team, create clear processes, develop competencies and implement good practices.
- Initiate digitalization/automation of financial processes (ERP, BI, analytics) to make finance an even stronger business partner
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education in finance/economics.
- Significant leadership experience in financial management (financial strategy, control, planning, reporting).
- Experience working with audit, financial systems and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, result orientation and ability to provide reasoned advice to the management team
- English at least B2 level.
- High standards of transparency and ethics, value compatibility with the organization.
