- UAB „Vilniaus Alus“
is expanding its team and is looking for someone to manage processes and oversee the operations, indicators, and development of branded stores. If you are organized, communicative, and result-oriented, we may be looking for you.
What are you going to do?
- Improve the image of branded stores and the customer experience by making both daily and strategic decisions;
- Analyze sales results, increase sales efficiency and coordinate pricing decisions;
- Optimize and expand the product range based on sales data and customer needs;
- Contribute to communication planning and ensure its implementation in the branded store network;
- Plan and organize the development of the branded store network;
- Form and develop a team, creating a motivating and effective work environment;
- Ensure that employees have all the necessary tools, knowledge and competencies for effective work;
- Monitor compliance with internal rules, standards and legal requirements throughout the network.
How we see the results of your work after 5 years:
- The chain of branded stores has grown from 25 to at least 40 stores;
- Higher employee competencies and exceptional customer experience;
- Significantly increased sales and profitability;
- Stores are recognized not only as places for draft beer, but as a chain of high-quality and exclusive beverages.
