Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate shift work in production;
- Ensure smooth production process and timely completion of tasks;
- Distribute work to team members and supervise their performance;
- Ensure product quality and compliance with established standards;
- Solve daily production problems and respond promptly to situations;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and order in production;
- Cooperate with other teams (quality, planning, etc.).
Employee requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing company, leading a team;
- Ability to organize work and make decisions;
- Responsibility, initiative and ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
