We are currently expanding our team and invite our colleagues in the DOLOOP production department to join us as a SHIFT MANAGER

🔹You will ensure smooth work of the production workshop shift – I will plan and organize processes so that everything runs on time and efficiently.
🔹You will assign tasks to team members, monitor their implementation and help achieve the best results.
🔹You will supervise the use of raw materials and consumables so that production runs smoothly.
🔹You will take care of the implementation of production plans, production quality and labor productivity.
🔹I will control equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance processes to ensure uninterrupted production.
🔹You will monitor working hours, compliance with order and occupational safety requirements – a safe environment is our priority.
🔹You will prepare shift reports according to established KPIs, administer data in business management systems.
🔹You will develop and motivate the team, organize training – your contribution will help people grow and develop.
🔹I will analyze emerging problems and look for effective solutions to make processes even better.

🔹You have accumulated experience in the field of production and team management.
🔹You know how to work with a computer and use MS Office programs.
🔹You are able to organize and communicate.
🔹You are responsible, independent.
🔹You are able to make decisions and work in a dynamic environment.
🔹You can speak English and/or Russian.

Rotating schedule: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off.

Work location in Šiauliai.

The salary consists of a base salary and a variable bonus, which is paid monthly.
