Production Manager | Manufactured Products

Ensure efficient work of the finished product production unit and achievement of KPIs;
Organize and coordinate the work of teams (department foremen, production employees) and their development;
Ensure timely implementation of production plans (OTIF, productivity, quality);
Manage final assembly, assembling and packaging processes;
Ensure the highest quality standards of production before shipment to the customer;
Analyze processes and initiate continuous improvement solutions (LEAN);
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and work organization standards;
Effectively plan human and technical resources;
Cooperate with supply chain, warehousing, quality and other departments;
Prepare activity reports and submit proposals for improving results;

You have a higher education (engineering, production management, etc.);
You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in production;
You have experience in finished product / assembly / kitting processes - an advantage;
You are familiar with LEAN, process optimization principles;
You are able to work with KPIs (e.g., productivity, quality, OTIF) and make data-based decisions;
You have strong leadership and team building competencies;
You are able to effectively cooperate across functions;
You have good English skills.
