Nature of work
- Receive customer reports on warranty defects, register, evaluate and analyze them;
- Organize inspections of construction sites during the warranty period, identify defects, prepare defect reports and other technical documentation;
- Plan the implementation of warranty work, distribute tasks to subcontractors, perform work using the company's own resources;
- Control the terms and quality of warranty work and ensure prompt removal of defects;
- Administer and systematize warranty maintenance documentation;
- Cooperate with customers, technical supervisors, designers, subcontractors and internal departments of the company;
- Analyze recurring defects, provide suggestions for quality improvement and prevention in future projects;
- Organize and coordinate the work of subordinate employees, ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements.
Requirements for the employee
- Higher or higher technical/construction education;
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of construction, technical maintenance, construction work management or warranty maintenance;
- Knowledge of construction technological processes, STR requirements, construction technical documentation and warranty maintenance principles;
- Ability to analyze technical problems and make independent decisions;
- Result-oriented, ability to plan work and communicate effectively with different stakeholders;
- Category B driver's license and good computer skills (MS Office, document management systems);
- Occupational safety and health certificate (or willingness to obtain it).
