As a Returns Manager, you will:
- You will receive, inspect, pack and ship returned goods. (Returned goods range from USB sticks to refrigerators).
- You will enter returns and purchase orders into the accounting system "Axapta".
- You will issue invoices and manage documentation related to returns.
- You will communicate with manufacturers regarding compensation for defective goods.
- You will monitor the warehouse's stock of goods, ensure their control and organize their disposal processes.
