Nature of work:
- Controlling compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards;
- Ensuring the order and cleanliness of production and household premises;
- Making plans for cleaning equipment and premises, selecting cleaning materials and methods, preparing instructions and monitoring their implementation.;
- Organizing the work of subordinate personnel;
- Performing internal hygiene audits and auditing external cleaning service providers;
- Training personnel on hygiene issues;
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm);
- Workplace - Plungė.
Employee requirements:
- Higher education (preferably related to the food industry, chemical engineering, microbiology or food safety);
- Work experience in the food industry;
- Work experience in organizing and supervising hygiene, cleaning processes, selection of washing methods and tools;
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
- Ability to work in a team and lead it;
- Ability to train staff.
