We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the development and execution of the organization's people strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and long-term priorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, driving its effectiveness and continuous improvement, while providing leadership to a multidisciplinary HR team. You will work closely with executive leadership and actively contribute to strategic organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's HR strategy in alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Ensure the effective operation and continuous development of the HR function.
- Lead and manage a comprehensive HR team covering HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Administration, and other HR disciplines.
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to senior leaders on people management, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Drive and implement organizational and cultural transformation initiatives that enhance business performance and employee engagement.
- Ensure HR processes, practices, and programs effectively support organizational needs and strategic direction.
- Participate as a member of the senior leadership team and contribute to key business and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role such as HR Director, Head of HR, Chief - Human Resources Officer (CHRO), or an equivalent executive-level position.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing organization-wide HR strategies.
- Strong experience leading multifunctional HR teams.
- Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational development, change management, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong decision-making, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
