ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Generalist (Systems, Processes & People) to become a trusted partner and right hand to the Head of HR. This role offers broad exposure across HR operations, employee experience, HR systems, process improvement, employee support, compliance, and corporate HR initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and motivated to build a long-term career in the field. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations & Employee Support
HR Systems & Process Management
Corporate Programs, Policies & Compliance
Manager Partnership & Employee Relations
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation and employee records
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support requests
- Coordinate employee communications and support employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate pre-screening, and interview coordination
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies and local employment legislation
- Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality
HR Systems & Process Management
- Act as a key user and administrator for HR systems and tools, including MyDana, BSS, and other HR platforms
- Maintain employee data, organizational structures, and system records
- Support system updates, testing activities, process improvements, and user training
- Ensure global HR processes are accurately reflected and executed within local systems
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR workflows
- Prepare HR reports and support data-driven decision-making
Corporate Programs, Policies & Compliance
- Monitor corporate HR updates, programs, policies, and process changes
- Coordinate the local implementation of global HR initiatives and requirements
- Translate corporate guidelines into practical actions and processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate standards, and governance requirements
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, procedures, and employee information
Manager Partnership & Employee Relations
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers
- Help managers navigate HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters
- Support employee relations activities, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
- Promote fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices across the organization
- Contribute to a positive employee experience and workplace culture
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in local and global HR projects
- Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Assist with organizational change and communication activities
- Contribute ideas and solutions that improve HR effectiveness and employee experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
- Previous experience in HR, administration, operations, project coordination, payroll, shared
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with systems, data, and detailed processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and Lithuanian
