Nature of work
We are looking for an interior designer/architect who will take responsibility for the entire planning and installation process – from layout and technical drawings to interior concept development, furnishing and final project implementation. This is a full-cycle position that includes architectural planning, technical design, interior design and practical coordination of installation works. Projects will include both new construction (“greenfield”) development and work in existing buildings (renovation, installation, upgrades).
- Create functional layouts and spatial solutions for new construction projects and existing facilities, adapted to different project segments.
- Prepare planning and layout drawings for apartments, villas and other hospitality sector projects, optimized according to budget, construction restrictions and intended purpose.
- Prepare a complete package of technical drawings suitable for implementation in both new construction and installation works (electrical, lighting, plumbing points, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and built-in solutions plans).
- Create interior concepts, including materials, colors, finishes and overall mood, consistent with the project positioning.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external architects, engineers, contractors and other project participants as needed.
Employee requirements
- Experience in interior design/architecture.
- Ability to prepare technical drawings for implementation.
- Ability to create project visualizations, including 3D visualizations.
- Strong spatial planning and interior design skills.
- Practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian.
