Smart Technology Consultant

We are currently looking for a Smart Master - a true technology expert who will help customers cope with the challenges they face. You will be the face of Tele2 and a disseminator of smart ideas - a person on whom the happiness of our customers will directly depend. We promise that your experience and knowledge will be invaluable - you will know devices from different manufacturers, understand the technical side of the network and the Internet, and strengthen your sales talent.

We hope that you will be interested in:

• advising customers in the Tele2 showroom about devices (phones, watches, cameras, etc.), apps, and technology news;
• solving certain technical problems related to connection problems, phone failures, data transfer and storage;
• accepting devices delivered for repair and conducting their initial testing;
• achieving the sales and customer service quality goals set for you.

We hope that you:

• are interested in technologies and telecommunications market trends;
• have an understanding of the network (4G, 5G), roaming, device settings;
• have sales and/or customer service experience, you like it and are good at it;
• are willing to take personal responsibility for the tasks assigned to you;
• have excellent Lithuanian language skills (oral and written).

Salary

Base 1200 EUR (before taxes) plus as much as you are active and want to earn! Those working on a part-time basis earn 4000 EUR (before taxes) and more.
