We will trust you
- Systems Design: You will create a common IT “map” of the company – from servers to applications and their interfaces;
- Data Highways: You will design how data should move between different systems (e.g., from production equipment and meters to accounting and analysis programs) so that information is accurate and available in real time;
- Standards Setting: You will define the rules for connecting new equipment and systems so that the IT farm remains orderly and unified;
- Modernization and Cloud: You will plan the transition from old technologies to modern cloud and automation solutions;
- Security and Reliability: You will ensure that data is safe and systems operate without interruption even in the event of failures;
- Technical Leadership: You will advise managers and teams on which technologies are worth choosing so that they serve for a long time.
We hope you
- You have 3-5 years of experience in maintaining, implementing or designing IT systems and their infrastructure;
- You understand how to connect different equipment and programs so that they smoothly exchange data (APIs, message queues, file exchange);
- You are familiar with neither "hardware" (servers, networks, devices) nor software (databases, applications).
- You have the basics of the cloud and are familiar with at least one platform (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP);
- You have analytical thinking and are able to see the "big picture", draw clear diagrams and explain them to others;
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage.
