You will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of the client's IT equipment (computers, printers, networks, software, etc.), identification and elimination of malfunctions;
- Installation, configuration of IT equipment, performance of scheduled updates and maintenance work;
- Maintenance of Microsoft Windows workstations, standard software, Microsoft 365 services and security solutions;
- Administration and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 environment: management of users, groups, licenses, access rights and security settings;
- Resolution of IT incidents and requests according to established SLAs;
- Assistance to network and server administrators;
- Updating IT infrastructure documentation.
We hope that:
- Has a higher university/non-university education in the field of IT;
- Has experience in analogous or similar positions (at least 1.5 years);
- You are familiar with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 environment, Microsoft Active Directory and GPO;
- Has practical knowledge or experience in administering Microsoft 365 security and management solutions, such as Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access, DLP, Sensitivity Labels;
- Able to read and write scripts, such as PowerShell;
- Able to identify, analyze and systematically resolve IT incidents;
- Speak and write English;
- Have a driver's license (category B).
