About the company:
We are an international manufacturing company, successfully operating in Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine and Estonia. We are currently strengthening our IT team and are looking for an experienced IT specialist who would be responsible for the maintenance and support of the company's IT infrastructure, data security and systems (including IFS Cloud). Your main responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, users and access rights.
- Ensure data security: backup, restore, archive data.
- Administer IFS Cloud: user management, performance monitoring, error resolution, data migration, reporting, security policy implementation, system integration.
- Install, maintain and upgrade IT equipment (computers, printers, mobile devices, networks, software).
- Manage IT documentation and collaborate with service providers.
- Consult employees on system usage and data security.
- Ensure legal use of software and compliance with IT policies.
- Assess systems’ compliance with company operational and security requirements during IT audits.
- Resolve daily IT incidents and system issues.
We expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, IT infrastructure.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (especially IFS Cloud).
- Ability to independently solve problems and effectively plan work.
- Responsibility, diligence and desire to improve.
- Good knowledge of English.
