Nature of work

  • Building long-term partnerships and selling metal products to existing customers (large manufacturing companies in Europe): visiting customers, understanding needs, responding to inquiries, preparing offers, negotiating, coordinating order fulfillment;
  • Searching for new customers;
  • Active communication with colleagues, resolving issues related to order fulfillment;

Employee requirements

  • Willingness to work in B2B sales - if you do not have experience and knowledge, you will gain it from us;
  • Proficient English user (speaking and writing German or another language would be a significant advantage);
  • Computer literacy;
  • Category B driver's license and the ability to go on business trips (expected frequency of business trips - 2-3 days/month)
  • Sociability, flexibility, professional creativity, result orientation;
  • Attention to detail, ability to set priorities, consistency;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Positivity and responsibility;

Salary

1200-1800 €/mon. net
The starting salary will depend largely on your competence (language skills and sales skills) and experience. Bonuses are provided depending on the sales results achieved.
