We are a digital photography editing services company providing post-production services to large scale school photography companies worldwide. Our team is based in Vilnius, but we work with clients in Europe, USA, and Canada.
Simply put, we provide retouching services such as background removal, best photo selection, photo retouching, color correction, skin retouching, and more.
Our processes are not traditional.
We constantly keep pace with market innovations and apply them in our company's activities - this is our passion and our daily engine. We use many of the most advanced artificial intelligence solutions and technologies, as well as automated processes,
therefore, some tasks only require our review or minor corrections, because for now, human skills and "eye" cannot be replaced by anything.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The busiest time of the year for us is the months from August to Christmas. That's when a lot of new people join our team. We are currently looking for Junior Editors, so whether you are a professional or a beginner,
we are happy to train our team members and help them grow!

- understand and speak English well;
- are interested in IT areas and AI not only in the form of chatbots;
- like to work individually and you do not need daily supervision or a firm hand to get the work done on time and with quality;
- are not afraid of repetitive tasks, routine and working according to set standards - there is no creativity in this job.

TASKS WAITING FOR YOU:
- photo quality control;

FOR THEIR WORK, WE PROMISE:
- all necessary training from A to Z, as soon as you start working;
- a spacious office and a fully equipped workplace in the center of Vilnius;
- all licenses and necessary equipment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Start of work immediately
- Work 40 hours from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm
- Fixed-term employment contract is signed until November 20th.
- There is no remote work opportunity.

Emoging started in 2013 as an in-house post-production team for one of the biggest and most influential school photography companies in Denmark, that dates back to the 1950s.
Soon being a digital lab for one company was not interesting and challenging enough, so in 2017 we became a completely independent company that still carries the great respect for School Photography and of course the experience, gathered throughout the years. we know what it takes to get through School photography season.
