Backstage Café is looking for a full-time cafe administrator.
We are a specialty coffee place that values quality service, a good atmosphere and a love of coffee. We are looking for someone who would not only be able to coordinate the daily activities of the cafe, but would also contribute to the work at the bar and would be interested in the specialty coffee culture.

- Organizing and supervising the daily activities of the cafe.
- Working at the bar: preparing coffee drinks, communicating with guests and helping the team during peak hours.
- Ensuring a high level of service.
- Administering reservations and coordinating customer flows.
- Working with the cash register.
- Training staff, assisting team members in daily activities and monitoring the quality of work, ensuring that duties are performed responsibly and according to established standards.
- Communicating with suppliers and coordinating orders.
- Maintaining order and a cozy atmosphere in the cafe.
Employee requirements
- Have experience in the field of service (required).
- Are interested in specialty coffee culture or want to learn more about it.
- Are responsible, organized and communicative, loyal.
- Able to work in a team and maintain a positive atmosphere even in intense times.
