ROAD CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION MANAGER

We will entrust you with:

• supervision of the implementation of national road construction, reconstruction and repair projects,
• organization of the transfer of construction sites and control of the compliance of construction with the project, contracts and legal acts,
• identification of problems in the construction process and proposing solutions to project participants,
• participation in the examination of work changes and justification of decisions,
• organization and moderation of meetings with participants in the construction process,
• evaluation of the work performed, participation in inspections of objects and completion commissions,
• coordination of the processes of transferring construction work to the customer,
• ensuring technical maintenance control and providing information about non-conformities,
• performance of inspections during the warranty period, recording defects and control over their elimination,
• supervision of compliance with traffic restriction permit requirements,
• examination of requests and complaints from residents and institutions and proposing solutions,
• providing information about the condition of roads and maintenance work.

It would be great if you:

• have a university degree in engineering sciences or equivalent,
• have 5+ years of work experience in the field of road and/or road construction maintenance, and/or planning, and/or project implementation,
• have a qualification certificate as a construction technical maintenance manager - a great advantage,
• are familiar with the legal acts regulating construction and road maintenance activities,
• have good cooperation and communication skills,
• are a responsible, hardworking, proactive and result-oriented personality,
• are able to independently solve problems and make decisions.

3000-3400 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
