Job description
Are you a commercially driven professional who thrives on ownership, relationships, and building brands in the market?
We are looking for a highly proactive and entrepreneurial Key Account & Brand Manager to take full responsibility for developing and growing our portfolio of premium optical and eyewear brands in Latvia and Lithuania, including ZEISS, DKNY, Lacoste, Nike, and Paul Smith.
This is not a traditional sales role it is a position for someone who wants to own the business, drive growth, and build long-term partnerships.

Your mission
Take full ownership of your brands and clients, ensuring sustainable growth, strong market presence, and excellent relationships across the Baltics.
Your Background
- Experience in B2B sales, key account management, or brand management
- Experience in optics, eyewear, or a related industry is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of managing clients and growing business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel across Latvia and Lithuania

- Competitive base salary starting from €2500 gross (depending on experience)
