Our client is a stable FMCG company representing leading brands, which invites you to join its professional team as a Key Account Manager in Kaunas.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with major retail chains
- Analysis of customer needs and offering customized solutions
- Development and implementation of sales strategy, participation in the development of commercial processes
- Negotiation of commercial terms, assortment, product presentation and stock planning
- Maintaining the existing assortment, introducing new products, market and sales analysis
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have at least 2 years of experience working with retail chains or in sales (an advantage – in the FMCG sector, working with food products)
- Have experience in introducing products to retail chains and are able to manage the development of the assortment
- You are strong in negotiations, have analytical thinking and are result-oriented
