Our client is currently strengthening its commercial team and is inviting a professional and experienced Key Account Manager to join them in Vilnius/Jonava.
Our client is currently strengthening its commercial team and is inviting a professional and experienced Key Account Manager to join them in Vilnius/Jonava.

BECOMING PART OF THE TEAM YOU:
- You will maintain and develop relationships with the most important clients of the modern retail market (Maxima, Rimi, Norfa, etc.)
- You will analyze the needs of existing customers and offer them customized solutions
- You will develop and implement sales strategies, contribute to the development and implementation of commercial processes
- You will participate in negotiations on commercial terms, coordinate the assortment of goods, product presentation and display, plan promotions
- You will ensure the maintenance and development of the existing assortment and the introduction of new products into retail chains
THIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in KAM or sales (an advantage – in the FMCG sector, working with food products)
- Have experience in introducing products to retail chains and are able to manage the development of the assortment
- You are strong in negotiations and are result-oriented
