Stafferty's client is an international pharmaceutical company that is expanding its operations in Lithuania and is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their newly formed team.

Main responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with doctors (surgeons, gynecologists)
- Introducing new products to the Lithuanian market
- Visits to doctors and organizing presentations
- Strategic work planning throughout Lithuania
- Initiating new forms of cooperation (e.g. events, discussions)
- Reporting to the manager
Product areas:
- Gynecology and contraception
- Menopause symptom management
- Fibroid reduction solutions
- Surgical solutions (hyaluronic based)
Requirements for the candidate:
- Residence in Vilnius
- Experience in the pharmaceutical field (advantage – working with gynecologists)
- Ability to work independently and plan time
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- Readiness for active work throughout Lithuania
