You will be responsible for:
- Smooth customer consultation by phone and e-mail, resolution of complex situations;
- Analysis, improvement and efficiency increase of customer service processes;
- Creation and implementation of customer service department and system;
- Monitoring, analysis of service quality indicators and providing suggestions for their improvement;
- Ensuring effective and professional communication with customers and the team;
- Application of the latest technological solutions and tools to achieve more efficient work results;
- Management of warranty service processes;
- Creation and implementation of customer experience improvement initiatives.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education;
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in customer service;
- You are familiar with warranty service processes;
- You are able to quickly master and effectively use various computer programs, modern technological solutions and innovative work tools;
- You are able to manage complex and non-standard situations;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
