Nature of work
Technical service for Lithuanian customers at customer premises:
Preparation of smart breathalyzers for metrological verification and to customers:
Remote service for Lithuanian and foreign customers:
- troubleshooting;
- service installation;
- replacement of breathalyzers with metrologically verified ones;
- on-site customer training;
- customer consultation both on-site and by phone.
Preparation of smart breathalyzers for metrological verification and to customers:
- cleaning (restoration of commercial appearance);
- calibration and verification;
- delivery for metrological verification;
- diagnostics using diagnostic programs;
- device operation testing.
Remote service for Lithuanian and foreign customers:
- answer customer calls and answer questions;
- solve customer problems during the first call remotely;
- register customer requests received by phone or e-mail in the Service Desk system;
- organize solutions to the problem if it was not possible to solve it remotely;
- coordinate the work of customer service managers in solving customer problems until they are completely eliminated.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience (in the field of telecommunications, security/access control systems and other equipment installation);
- Higher or higher technical education;
- Ability to communicate with customers;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Perseverance in achieving results;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Wish to learn and improve;
- English;
- Driver's license category B.
