Nature of work (main activity)
Remote service for Lithuanian and foreign customers from the office:
- Answer customer calls and answer questions;
- Register customer requests received by phone or e-mail in the Service Desk system;
- In cooperation with the Sales Department employees, organize the connection of new services to customers;
- Solve customer problems during the first call remotely;
- If problems cannot be solved remotely, organize the distribution of work to responsible employees, create task execution schedules;
- Train customers on how to use the service;
- Consult customers;
- Monitor the operation of services for newly connected customers;
- Organize equipment pickup from the customer;
- Monitor the metrological verification of breathalyzers and organize their replacement.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to managers on customer problems and their elimination, and the implementation of new services;
- Perform equipment inventory;
- Perform device performance tests.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- Ability to communicate with customers;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Persistence in achieving results;
- Ability to work in a team;
- English.
