As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
- You will work in the Vilnius customer service center and be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and smooth service.
- You will consult customers on IT and consumer electronics repair issues by phone and e-mail, help them find the most suitable solutions and provide all the necessary information about the repair process.
- You will accept warranty and non-warranty goods for repair, issue repaired devices to customers and coordinate their shipment.
- You will work with the cash register and bank terminal, administer payments and related documentation.
- You will take care of packing, unpacking and smooth administration of goods in the customer service center.
We hope you:
- You have experience in customer service.
- You have knowledge of IT equipment and consumer electronics.
- You are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
- You are prompt, able to plan your work independently and have attention to detail.
- You have good English language skills (knowledge of Russian is a great advantage).
- You have a university or higher education.
