Customer and internal query handling:
📌 Telephone customer consultation about the products provided and registration processes.
📌 Ensuring the proper registration and customer service process at all stages.
📌 Ensuring the quality of the services provided and constantly increasing customer satisfaction during the registration process.
📌 Receiving and processing inquiries by e-mail (working in the query management system).
📌 Monitoring the status of applications and informing customers about the progress of their consideration.
📌 Collection and processing of documents related to the registration of road tolls.
📌 Control of document transfer deadlines.
📌 Administration of equipment issuance, preparation of equipment transfer-acceptance acts.
📌 Administration of equipment returns.
📌 Preparation of equipment for shipment to partners.
📌 Timely informing applicants about the need to provide the data required for registration.
📌 Cooperation with other departments (operational support, sales, IT) to ensure timely processing of applications.
Teamwork:
📌 Participation in training and team meetings, product training.
📌 Performing other tasks within the scope of duties.
📌 Ensuring timely completion of tasks.
📌 Compliance with internal rules.
📌 Maintaining a tidy workplace.
Product and procedure knowledge:
📌 Regular updating of knowledge about the company's products and procedures.
📌 Ensuring accuracy and relevant information for customers.
📌 Responsibility for the security of processed data.
Working with systems:
📌 Using CRM, ZOHO systems for customer relationship management.
📌 Working with other tools supporting customer service processes (document converters, supplier portals).
