Professional and pleasant patient consultation by phone and e-mail.

Management of the registration system (coordination, change, optimization of visits).

Providing information about the services provided by the clinic, prices and availability of doctors.

Ensuring a smooth flow of information between patients and clinic specialists.

Employee requirements

We hope that you:

Have excellent communication skills, are patient and empathetic.

Can boast of fluent Lithuanian (both spoken and written). Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian or other) is a great advantage.

Are receptive to information, able to quickly navigate dynamic situations.

Have good computer literacy skills.

Have excellent time management skills.

Work experience in the field of calls or administration is required.
