You will be responsible for:
- Detailed information of patients about the services provided in the clinic;
- Warm and business-like communication with patients live, by phone or e-mail;
- Planning patient visits, administration of necessary documents;
- Assistance to doctors and other clinic staff;
- Maintenance of the registration program;
- Performance of other administrative and organizational tasks;
You must have the following qualities and experience:
- Similar work experience at the clinic reception is a big advantage;
- Higher/higher education (medical education would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian;
- Quick response to non-standard, stressful situations;
- Knowledge of language culture, clerical rules;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Willingness to take personal responsibility for the implementation of assigned tasks;
